THE COMPANY
With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, this successful manufacturing company located in the Hills District requires a Team Assistant to join their team.
THE ROLE
Continually providing support to the Service Department, your responsibilities include;

Answering the overflow of incoming calls
-
Filing, scanning, copying and general office housekeeping
-
Preparation, presentation, follow up and invoicing of agreements
-
Processing reports, purchase orders, expenses and invoices
-
Preparation and submission of quotations
-
Receive and dispatch deliveries
-
Maintaining records
-
Data entry
-
Administration of customer database
-
Any other duties as required
THE PERSON
You will be passionate, energetic and have outstanding customer service skills. With previous experience in an Administrative role, you have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask. You will have intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge and present corporately. You will be mature and have excellent attention to detail.
